Step 2
The trade fair, designed to deliver
With the strategy in place: which trade shows to attend, the targets for each show, and which team members will be on the stand. We train the stand team in how to qualify visitors, have the right conversations, and move leads forward while they’re still at the event. Not more leads at the top of the funnel, but the right leads and a shorter route to conversion.

Speakers who leave a lasting impression
It’s not enough for your CEO or expert to simply stand on stage. They need to make an impression the audience remembers. We work one-to-one with every speaker — from finding the central idea, to the script, to stage coaching with practical feedback on presence, rhythm and pace.
